Training
We have invested a great deal of time and resources into developing our Franchisee Training Programme to give you all the skills and knowledge you need to run your own successful business using the Ignite model.
Training will take the form of both online training, with our support and guidance, and face-to-face training at Ignite HQ.
This will include 3 days online training and certification as a qualified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner, and 12 hours modular online Matchmaker certification with The Matchmaking Institute.
This part of your training will be self-guided so can take place at any time during your onboarding period.
We also include 2 days face-to-face training with relevant experts from our team, which usually takes place at our head office in London, and will cover:
Sales, marketing and lead conversion
The day-to-day running of your business operations
The skills of an expert matchmaker
Networking, headhunting and achieving successful matches
Creating a premium customer experience
Understanding your role and how to make the most of it
Managing the expectations of your clients
How to grow and develop your business
We also want to make sure that you learn everything you need to know about how Ignite operates, and our ethics and core values.
